By investing in creative ideas and organizations, the Community Foundation can create real, systemic change in our community. We provide continual support to these organizations to make sure they have the resources they need to keep solving the most pressing issues our community faces.

Community Grant Program
The Community Foundation Grant Program consists of separate funds created by individual donors who establish specific criteria for the administration of their grants and is consistent with overall Community Foundation policy.
Grants are made year-round. They include Donor Advised Funds, whose advisor recommend grants based on their interests as well as several competitive funding opportunities offered by the Foundation.
Strong non-profits are vital to the health of our community. Along with funding opportunities, the Community Foundation provides non-profits with valuable educational and mentorship opportunities. Click here to learn more
Non-profit organizations wishing to submit a grant application must:
- Complete an Application and Letter of Intent to apply for a grant
- Confirm agency’s eligibility
